Digital terrestrial television network evolution in Band III, IV and V will be driven by a wide choice of services that will include HDTV, mobile TV, interactive and data services, and portable reception. The exact service offerings are likely to differ from country to country based on the needs of each market.

However, in making any changes to the exsiting service offering, it wil be important for the broadcast industry to work together, for the implementation of a clearly defined regulatory framework, and for careful planning for the future.
