Analogue Switch-off

Switching off analogue television

In many European countries, planning for analogue switch-off is well underway. Already, Andorra, Finland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland have completed the process.

It is expected that most European countries will have switch-off their analogue services by 2015, if not earlier. The European Commission recommends that its Member-States complete the process by 2012.

DigiTAG ASO Handbook

DigiTAG has published an updated version to its Analogue Switch-off Handbook. The 2008 updated version provides an overview of the key activities undertaken by countries that have begun or completed the analogue switch-off process.
