Cambodia - Launch of pay-DTT services in October

Pay-DTT services are set to officially launch in October under the brand name One TV.

One TV will allow viewers to subscribe to three television packages offering between 20-60 television programme services priced between $3 to $12 per month.

Trial broadcast services began in the capital city Phnom Penh on 24 July. The service will officially be available in Phnom Penh in September and nationwide in mid-October.

The DTT service is provided by Royal Group of Companies (RGC) which is jointly owned by the Russian company General Satellite (51%) and the Cambodian telecom operator Royal Group (49%).
