Poland - New HbbTV services launched on DTT platform

According to Broadband TV News, the public service broadcaster TVP has launched two new broadcast / broadband services.

These two services use the HbbTV standard. They offer news and weather information.

This launch of new HbbTV services follows the success of the HbbTV services made available during the 2012 Euro Football Championship. Launched on 8 June, it generated an average of 12,000 users during each game. Viewers could access additional information about the Championship, including statistical data.

The services can be accessed via the DVB-T platform from the television services TVP1 HD, TVP2 HD, TVP1 and TVP2.
