United Kingdom - D-Book version 6.2 now available

The DTG has announced that the D-Book version 6.2 is now available to its members. The new version of the D-Book has been approved by the DTG Council for publication.

The updated version of the D-Book includes additional RF performance figures, some SI enhancements to assist with switchover and two new features - Record Lists and MHEG xPlayer.

Record Lists allow broadcasters to define groups of content which the viewer can choose to automatically record. MHEG xPlayer is an addition to the MHEG Interaction Channel (IC) to allow catch-up TV services to be launched via an MHEG application.
